Job Description

  • Prepare and review daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial data and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing financial control processes and systems.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of financial procedures and audit trails.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lead should have:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience from BIG 4 OR BIG 10 with exposure to audit or risk. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and control within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
