Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the organisation's financial operations and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investments effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve effective operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
