This role is responsible for driving corporate sales growth across public and private sector clients while managing the full sales lifecycle from acquisition to retention. You will also build and enhance the fleet sales function through structured processes, governance, and strategic execution.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve fleet sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Corporate Sales Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 6 years of experience in automotive B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in key account management and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience handling government tenders or fleet/leasing sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and business development skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
