Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain cloud and infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide Level 3 support to quickly resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions in line with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to safeguard IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or inefficiencies in the infrastructure.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift rotations to provide consistent support and availability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (Level 3) should have:

  • Proven experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Systems Engineering
  • Hands-on exposure to Managed Services (MSP) environments or large-scale enterprise IT operations
  • Strong experience in incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation handling
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high system availability requirements
  • Solid hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, cloud operations)
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, maintenance)
  • Wintel environments (Windows + Intel-based infrastructure)
