Job Description

  • Provide support for clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Coordinate trial documentation, including preparation, review, and submission of essential documents.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to trial activities and timelines.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial processes associated with clinical trials.
  • Monitor trial milestones and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness for trial-related processes and documentation.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Clinical Project Specialist should have:

  • A PHD or Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
