Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve brand objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns to maximize market impact.
  • Monitor and manage brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Life Science industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all marketing activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within the Marketing & Agency department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Brand Manager (Specialty Care) should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in brand management within the Life Science industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
