Job Description

  • Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Review and validate invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve payment processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
