Job Description

  • Analyse technology needs and provide clear recommendations that support business operations.
  • Review system information and identify practical ways to improve data quality and usability.
  • Work with Technology colleagues to investigate system issues and help restore normal operations.
  • Document system requirements, process updates and findings to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal users to understand technology requirements and clarify priorities.
  • Support the testing of system changes to confirm that requirements are met before release.
  • Prepare clear reports and updates on technology activities for relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvement work within the Technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Analyst, Information Technology should have:

  • Experience analysing business and technology requirements.
  • Ability to review system data and identify practical improvement areas.
  • Knowledge of documenting requirements, processes and system findings.
  • Ability to investigate technology issues and support resolution activities.
  • Experience supporting system testing and validating expected outcomes.
  • Ability to prepare clear technology reports and updates.
