Job Description

  • Design and implement AI models and algorithms to optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Lead the full AI lifecycle from data ingestion and model development through deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Build advanced Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, Agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven tools and applications to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports on AI projects and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior AI Engineer should have:

  • Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and solutions effectively.
