Job Description

  • Define and lead the end-to-end security strategy for the transformation program, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Govern identity, access, and authorization design across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal security requirements, including SoD and risk controls.
  • Oversee security architecture, design reviews, approvals, and remediation of security gaps.
  • Manage security testing, access provisioning, and cutover readiness to support a secure go-live.
  • Act as the escalation point for security risks and incidents, and support post go-live stabilization and compliance monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Security Lead (TM) should have:

  • Have strong experience in enterprise security, particularly within large-scale transformation or SAP programs.
  • Possess deep knowledge of IAM, SoD, risk management, and security architecture principles.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SAP security (e.g., S/4HANA, GRC) and integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across business, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Be well-versed in regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex security risks and incidents.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, (preferred).
