Job Description

  • Support the functional design, configuration, and optimisation of a global HRIS platform built on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Work closely with HR and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and contribute to the HRIS backlog, ensuring priorities are ready for design and delivery
  • Execute system configuration, enhancements, and changes across SuccessFactors modules
  • Support functional and non‑functional testing, including integrations and scalability checks
  • Assess the impact of changes on global HR processes and platform integrity
  • Validate SAP SuccessFactors releases, patches, and updates
  • Collaborate with application support, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues
  • Contribute to governance, architecture discussions, and solution design
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP SuccessFactors Consultant should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working as a Functional Consultant, HRIS Consultant, or Business Analyst, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Comfortable configuring systems and translating business needs into clear requirements and solutions
  • Hands‑on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules and system testing
  • Familiar working with tools such as JIRA or other ITSM platforms
  • Detail‑focused, analytical, and methodical in approach
  • Confident communicating with HR, technology teams, and global stakeholders
  • Adaptable, self‑driven, and able to manage changing priorities in a global environment
