Job Description

  • Support all testing phases throughout the development lifecycle
  • Create and maintain test plans, test documentation, and compliance records
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual test scripts and test cases
  • Perform and document functional testing and regression testing
  • Identify, record, track, and manage defects and software deviations
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing manual test cases
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the improvement of test processes, including manual and integration testing
  • Work within Scrum and Kanban agile frameworks to support efficient delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Test Engineer should have:

  • Over 5 years of hands‑on experience in manual testing, ideally within enterprise systems
  • Proven experience testing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud) - Mandatory
  • Comfortable creating and executing test plans, test cases, and manual test scripts
  • Familiar with JIRA, XRay, and Confluence for defect tracking and test management
  • Understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to follow structured processes
