Job Description

As a Salesforce Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise Salesforce platforms. You'll own critical testing activities and contribute directly to delivering high-quality digital solutions across the business.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end test activities across the development lifecycle
  • Creating and executing test plans and manual test scripts
  • Performing functional and regression testing to ensure system stability
  • Managing and tracking defects using JIRA and X-Ray
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing test cases and documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive testing excellence
  • Improving test processes and methodologies within Agile environments



The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Test Engineer should have:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
  • Proven experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong familiarity with JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Basic understanding of SQL is an added advantage
  • A strong focus on quality, detail, and continuous improvement
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work across teams effectively
