Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities including partnerships, B2B clients, and distribution channels
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients and suppliers



Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Build brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Manage digital marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns, paid ads)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials and promotions
  • Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities



Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales & Marketing Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (F&B industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment (hands-on, adaptable, resourceful)
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
