Job Description

  • Manage and grow distribution channel partners to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining and expanding key accounts.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with market growth opportunities.
  • Support distributors through training, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain accurate CRM and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels within the partner network.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to distributors on sales and marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with or managing distribution channels is advantageous.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and commercially focused.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required).
  • Based in Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya with a valid driver's license.
  • Diploma or degree qualification.
