Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for chemical products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Monitor and meet sales targets while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the Chemicals sector and exposure to Trading, Distribution, or Commodity Chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export, local sales, marketing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and devise strategic plans.
  • Experience in managing client relationships effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to manage cross-cultural business relationships and multitask effectively.
