Job Description

  • Own and drive commercial performance across the Chinese Medical Hall network, including traditional retailers and independent outlets.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to grow distribution, visibility, and sell-out.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key wholesalers, sub-distributors, and CMH operators.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand coverage within fragmented traditional trade networks.
  • Partner closely with distributors to ensure strong execution, merchandising, and stock availability.
  • Plan and implement channel-appropriate promotions and trade activities tailored to CMH shoppers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in sales management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience in FMCG general trade sales, with direct exposure to Chinese Medical Hall or traditional trade channels.
  • Proven track record in distributor management and channel expansion.
  • Deep understanding of CMH ecosystem, including key wholesalers and buying behaviours.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence independent business owners and trade partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to driving execution in the field.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or relevant Chinese dialects is highly advantageous for this channel.
