Job Description

Identify and assess new automation opportunities, including potential AI/ML integrations
Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath‑based RPA workflows
Work closely with business and IT teams to align requirements and automation objectives
Build and maintain reusable automation components and ensure version control
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
Troubleshoot and optimise RPA bots to ensure reliability and performance
Maintain detailed and structured technical documentation for all automations
Stay current with emerging automation trends such as OCR, APIs, and cloud automation technologies

The Successful Applicant

A successful RPA Developer (UiPath) should have:

4 years and above of hands‑on RPA development experience, ideally with UiPath or similar enterprise automation tools
Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, APIs, or ERP integrations - or strong curiosity to grow in these areas
A solid grasp of process design and optimisation, with the ability to break down workflows and identify automation opportunities
Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases, cloud automation environments, or CI/CD pipelines
Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with business users, architects, and IT teams
Strong problem‑solving abilities, especially when troubleshooting or refining RPA workflows
A structured and documentation‑friendly mindset, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency in automation delivery
A proactive learning attitude, staying updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices
