This role sits within a newly established central planning team, responsible for end‑to‑end replenishment planning and inventory execution on behalf of multiple market entities. You will drive inventory visibility, manage exceptions, and support the rollout of a standardised, data‑driven planning model across the region.

Our client is a well‑established multinational FMCG organisation undergoing a significant supply chain transformation to enhance visibility, standardisation, and operational efficiency across its regional markets.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute replenishment plans based on updated demand and transactional data for assigned markets
  • Place and manage intercompany orders in line with lead times, MOQs, and inventory policies
  • Maintain real‑time visibility of inventory coverage, stock risks, and potential shortages
  • Publish regular net requirements and inventory projections, including volume, value, and days of coverage
  • Prepare mid‑term replenishment plans and support pre‑S&OP and S&OP discussions
  • Identify demand and supply exceptions and propose corrective actions, including inventory reallocations
  • Apply fair‑share logic and adjust safety stock parameters where required
  • Trigger purchase or transfer orders in response to supply or capacity constraints
  • Support the standardisation of replenishment processes, planning routines, and KPIs
  • Leverage BI dashboards and data models to monitor performance and highlight risks
  • Collaborate closely with demand planning, logistics, and upstream supply teams
  • Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Replenishment Planner should have:

  • Experience in replenishment planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning within an FMCG or complex supply environment
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence working with demand, inventory, and supply data
  • Comfortable managing exceptions and making data‑driven decisions
  • Exposure to S&OP, mid‑term planning, or inventory optimisation processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, structured, and adaptable in a transformation or fast‑moving environment
