Job Description

  • Develop and implement predictive models to enhance business performance and customer experience.
  • Analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and improve workflows.
  • Deploy machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges and optimize processes.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation of analytical processes and methodologies.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to forecast future outcomes effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and analytics to integrate into current practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Scientist should have:

  • A solid educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Extensive experience in the complete modelling lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continual monitoring and maintenance
  • Proficient in Python, R Hadoop 7 Teradata or other statistical and scientific packages
  • Preferably familiar with data visualization techniques using one or more packages such PowerBI
