Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans and financial models to support business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including variance analysis.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for management as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional FP&A Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent skills in data interpretation and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate financial policies and compliance standards.
