A globally established Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) organization supporting some of the world's leading technology, industrial, healthcare, aerospace, and communications brands. As part of its continued business growth, the organization is expanding its Supply Chain Commercial Operations team and is seeking analytical professionals to support costing, pricing, customer quoting activities, and profitability initiatives across regional and global customer accounts.

Job Description

  • Develop material costing and pricing solutions for regional and global customer programs
  • Support customer quotations, RFQs, and new business bidding activities
  • Prepare and analyze BOM costing, pricing models, and margin recommendations
  • Collaborate with Commodity Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to develop competitive commercial solutions
  • Conduct cost competitiveness studies, market analysis, and product pricing evaluations
  • Support customer and supplier negotiation strategies through commercial insights and analysis
  • Monitor and manage product lifecycle pricing, including re-pricing activities
  • Prepare reports, pricing models, and performance analysis for key stakeholders
  • Support profitability improvement and margin expansion initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing effectiveness, costing accuracy, and process efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Costing & Pricing Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Costing, Pricing, Quotation Management, RFQ Support, Commercial Analysis, Supply Chain Analytics, or related.
  • Experience within Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Semiconductor, or Manufacturing environments is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Exposure to BOM costing, quotation management, pricing analysis, or commercial costing activities
  • Mandarin communication skills are required
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders
