Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all Southeast Asia offices.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address regional compensation and benefits needs effectively.
  • Manage annual salary reviews and incentive programs across the SEA region.
  • Provide guidance on expatriate and mobility policies, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track and communicate key HR metrics related to rewards and benefits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Com & Ben Manager (SEA) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits within the public sector or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and practices across Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to manage regional projects and collaborate across multiple countries.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a focus on rewards management systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
