Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards across the organisation.
  • Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics and prepare relevant reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local, international, and industry quality standards.
  • Lead and manage quality control teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Oversee supplier quality management and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and quality assurance activities with suppliers and third-party inspectors.
  • Ensure calibration and proper utilisation of measuring equipment and inspection tools.
  • Support supplier qualification and product approval processes.
  • Review product assembly requirements, material specifications, and testing results.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement programmes to reduce defects and enhance operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control systems, processes, and standards.
  • Proven experience managing quality teams and supplier quality performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partners.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
