The organisation operates in the Technology & Telecoms industry in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Carry out manual testing of software features to check that they work as intended.
  • Review user requirements and test scenarios to identify suitable test coverage.
  • Create and maintain clear test cases to support consistent testing activities.
  • Record, report and track defects so issues can be reviewed and resolved.
  • Retest resolved defects and confirm that fixes meet expected results.
  • Perform regression testing to help protect existing software functions during updates.
  • Document test results and provide clear information for product and Technology teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA (Manual) should have:

  • Practical ability to carry out structured manual software testing.
  • Experience creating test cases and recording test results clearly.
  • Ability to identify, document and follow up on software defects.
  • Understanding of regression testing and defect retesting activities.
  • Ability to review requirements and translate them into useful test scenarios.
  • Comfort working with software development and Technology teams.
