Job Description

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to improve regression coverage and ensure software quality across applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing to validate business requirements and workflows.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and product teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement reviews, and shift-left testing activities to identify quality risks early.
  • Execute regression test suites, analyze automation failures, and support release validation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.le.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Engineer (Software Testing) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Software QA, with strong exposure to automation testing and quality engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of API testing, regression testing, integration testing, and defect management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
