Job Description

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor master data records.
  • Process vendor data requests, including creation, updates, and deactivation, in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related data discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation of vendor master data processes and procedures.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Support system upgrades or changes impacting vendor master data.
  • Provide timely reports and analysis of vendor data as required.
  • Assist in training team members on vendor master data processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Vendor Master Data Specialist should have:
