Job Description

  • Maintain and update vendor master data records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of vendor information in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits of vendor master data to identify and address any inaccuracies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and verifying required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis related to vendor master data as needed.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to vendor data management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Vendor Master Data Associate should have:

  • Experience in vendor master data management, preferably within the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting or finance operations and related systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
