Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payment-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of financial transactions.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Specialist should have:

  • Educational qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve payment issues effectively.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
