Backed by a global network of medical professionals, logistics experts, and crisis management teams, the organisation plays a vital role in supporting businesses, governments, and NGOs in safeguarding their people and operations.Job DescriptionSupport or lead end-to-end execution of organisational structure transition projects, including restructuring, workforce realignment, and role harmonisation initiatives.Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and change teams to analyse current org structures, identify design gaps, and propose optimised operating models.Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies related to org design, role mapping, spans and layers analysis, and approvals.Coordinate and facilitate workshops or working sessions focused on job design, reporting lines, and structural realignment.Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to develop stakeholder engagement plans and ensure alignment across impacted groups.Ensure accurate documentation of proposed structures and maintain a robust audit trail for design decisions, impact assessments, and transition plans.Track and report on transition risks, people impacts, and mitigation plans, escalating key issues as needed.Support HRIS teams with structure updates, position creation, and hierarchy changes in systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle.Partner with HR Operations and Rewards teams to validate position-level data, role titles, and FTE impacts to ensure seamless transition execution.Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to the development of future-ready org design tool kits and frameworks.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience, with strong exposure to organisational restructuring, workforce planning, or operating model transitions.Proven track record in leading or supporting organisational design projects, including role redefinition, spans and layers analysis, and team realignments.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, develop organisational scenarios, and recommend structural improvements.Experience in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and engagement at all levels of the organisation during transformation.High degree of professionalism and confidentiality, particularly when managing sensitive headcount, role-mapping, or people-impacting information.Comfortable working in matrixed and cross-functional teams, often across geographies and functions.Proficiency in project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or MS Project).What's on OfferContract: 6 Months (Option for conversion to permanent)Opportunity to lead impactful, business-critical HR initiatives.Collaborative and dynamic environment working across HR, IT, and business functions.Exposure to both strategic and operational facets of HR transformationContactAriff KamriQuote job refJN-062025-6769446Phone number+6012 375 0286Job summaryFunctionHuman ResourcesSpecialisationOrganizational DevelopmentWhat is your area of specialisation?Healthcare / PharmaceuticalLocationMalaysiaContract TypeTemporaryConsultant nameAriff KamriConsultant contact+6012 375 0286Job ReferenceJN-062025-6769446
