Integrated Business Planning (IBP)Lead the end‑to‑end IBP process across SEA markets, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive consensus‑based planning.Enhance forecasting accuracy, demand planning, and supply optimisation through data‑driven insights.Identify risks and opportunities within the planning cycle and recommend actionable solutions.2. Data Analytics & Business InsightsAnalyse complex datasets to generate actionable insights supporting sales, supply chain, and operational decisions.Translate data into meaningful business insights, trends, and performance recommendations.Drive a data‑driven culture by improving visibility of key business metrics across the region.3. Reporting & Automation (Power BI)Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks across SEA.Standardise reporting practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across markets.Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Ensure data integrity and governance across reporting systems and tools.4. Project Management & TransformationLead and manage regional projects related to operations, analytics, and planning transformation.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely execution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, digitalisation, and automation.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.5.
