The Project Manager will be responsible to act as the primary point of contact for clients while leading technical and project teams to ensure successful contract execution. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, scheduling, compliance, and stakeholder management to achieve timely and profitable project handover.

Job Description

  • Serve as the main focal point for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead technical and project teams upon contract award to ensure proper execution
  • Manage EPC, design, construction management, and design & build projects
  • Coordinate and resolve project issues with system owners, area owners, tool owners, consultants, and authorities
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and business ethics standards
  • Plan, prepare, and manage project schedules to achieve on-time handover
  • Take full accountability for overall contract execution and delivery
  • Manage project profit and loss through effective cost and schedule control
  • Attend and lead commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings
  • Ensure adherence to DOSH Environmental Health & Safety regulations
  • Enforce cleanroom protocols and site safety requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or construction projects
  • Strong experience managing multi-discipline projects
  • Proven exposure to HVAC, process utility systems, BMS, and cleanroom projects
  • Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance and EHS requirements
