Job Description

  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage and enhance ERP, CRM, and business applications.
  • Coordinate system implementation projects, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation initiatives.
  • Provide user support, training, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as the bridge between business users, technology teams, and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 to 8 years' experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, ERP/CRM, or System Implementation.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and enterprise applications.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI, reporting, and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
