About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Design & Build engineering solutions provider. They deliver integrated M&E systems for industrial and high-tech facilities. They are hiring multiple headcount in: Selangor, Melaka, & Johor Bahru

Job Description

  • Work with the project team and involved in procurement, construction and commissioning activities
  • Manage site execution for mechanical or electrical distribution systems
  • Oversee HVAC, cleanroom, process utility systems and BMS works
  • Ensure works comply with approved specifications, procedures and requirements
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities on technical matters
  • Coordinate site surveys, space management and daily site activities
  • Prepare interim progress claims and monitor progress payments
  • Evaluate and manage variation orders
  • Attend safety walk, toolbox talks and design review meetings
  • Update as-built drawings and prepare handover documentation
  • Prepare RFIs for specification changes
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-6 years (Senior) or 3-4 years (Junior) of relevant experience in engineering or building construction projects
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC, cleanroom, process utilities or BMS systems
  • Strong knowledge of project management in industrial projects
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor or industrial facilities is an advantage
  • Multiple Project Engineers are required for the following locations:
    • Selangor
    • Melaka
    • Johor Bahru
