Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate new retail location opportunities.
  • Lead lease negotiations and tenancy discussions with landlords.
  • Manage end-to-end store development and expansion projects.
  • Coordinate fit-out works with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
  • Prepare business proposals, project feasibility studies, and management reports.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in retail expansion, project management, or fit-out management.
  • Strong network with mall operators, landlords, and contractors.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail construction, store design, and fit-out processes.
  • Results-driven, commercially focused, and highly organized.
