Job Description

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Define, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Agile ceremonies:
    • Sprint planning
    • Backlog grooming
    • Sprint reviews & retrospectives



Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams
  • Collaborate with:
    • Business users (trading, wealth advisory, operations)
    • Engineering, QA, and architecture teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment



Domain & Requirement Management

  • Translate complex financial and investment requirements into clear product deliverables
  • Support initiatives across:
    • Trade lifecycle management
    • Portfolio and asset management
    • Client onboarding & KYC processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards



Value Delivery & Prioritization

  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risks, and dependencies
  • Support release planning and product rollouts
  • Continuously improve product outcomes through feedback and iteration



The Successful Applicant

A successful Domain Product Owner should have:

  • Proven expertise in capital market and wealth management solutions.
  • Strong background in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Solid understanding of product development and management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience in:
    • Trading systems / wealth platforms / digital banking
  • Knowledge of:
    • KYC / AML / regulatory frameworks
  • Certifications:
    • CSPO / SAFe PO/PM
