Job Description

  • Design and implement customised data file configurations based on client requirements.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for API integrations and data delivery solutions.
  • Act as a technical consultant, helping clients integrate and share data across modern warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
  • Lead client migration projects from legacy platforms to modern data delivery environments.
  • Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and analyse operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Agile planning, prioritisation, and coordination activities within the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data/Product Operation Specialist should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology, data management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in API integration, technical support, or product operations.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
