Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert for assigned product portfolios. Also, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide product guidance and technical support to commercial teams and customers.
  • Ensure product specifications are aligned with customer requirements and operational needs.
  • Support product-related approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver product training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
  • Support business opportunities by providing product-related recommendations and insights.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical, or a related field. Beside, you should come with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive, Passenger Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, Construction Machinery, Industrial Equipment, or a related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles, equipment, or industrial products.
  • Experience in product management, product support, technical sales support, or related functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organisation.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from MYR 108,000 to MYR 132,000.
