Job Description

  • Define and execute procurement strategies covering raw materials, services, and logistics to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply reliability.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance management while mitigating supply and commercial risks.
  • Manage and develop procurement and cost‑estimating teams, setting clear objectives and driving capability building.
  • Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support operational needs, manage budgets, and continuously improve procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or sourcing leadership, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or heavy‑materials environments.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of cost control, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
  • The ability to lead and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate confidently within a structured, compliance‑driven organization.
