The Process Engineer will be responsible to analyze, optimize, and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance. This role will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support automation and digitalization projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence.

Job Description

  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using PDCA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement programs
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Support automation, robotics, and digitalization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0
  • Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, and related teams during new product introductions and process changes
  • Monitor, analyze, and report process performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechatronics or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing technologies is an advantage
  • Familiarity with robotics and automation systems is an advantage
  • Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Project management experience and exposure to digital transformation initiatives are preferred
