Job Description

  • Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce production costs and waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for process evaluations.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols in all process-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably in chemical, mechanical, or related fields.
  • Experience in the life science industry or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
