Principal Full Stack Engineer (Golang/C++)

System Architecture & Platform Development

• Design and develop commercial online platforms, internal systems, and core business applications.
• Build highly available, scalable, and maintainable system architectures.
• Design backend services, APIs, databases, caching layers, message queues, and core platform modules.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead system refactoring initiatives, technical debt reduction, and long-term technology planning.

Full-Stack Development & Product Delivery

• Develop and maintain customer-facing platforms, administration portals, internal operation systems, and API services.
• Deliver frontend and backend features based on business and product requirements.
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, permission management systems, administrative tools, and automation platforms.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, cloud services, payment gateways, and data service providers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

Backend Engineering & Performance Optimization

• Develop core backend services using Golang or C++.
• Build microservices, background jobs, service communication layers, and complex business logic.
• Solve challenges involving high traffic, high concurrency, and large-scale systems.
• Optimize databases, indexes, caching strategies, and service performance.
• Build and improve logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.

Cloud, DevOps & Production Operations

• Contribute to cloud infrastructure design and deployment architecture.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Nginx, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, service failures, deployment issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in release management, rollback procedures, security updates, and stability improvements.
• Continuously improve deployment efficiency, resource utilization, and system reliability.
