Job Description

  • Plan and execute cutover activities in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for system transitions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the cutover process.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders during the transition period.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cutover plans, activities and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality post-cutover.
  • Provide troubleshooting support during and after the cutover phase.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and policies throughout the process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PMO Cutover Lead should have:

  • Experience in managing cutover processes within technology projects.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
