Job Description

  • Manage and oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Analyze key financial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all reporting activities.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Support audits and ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Performance & Planning Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
