Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for audits and internal use.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide effective resolutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Utilize payroll software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Specialist - German Speaker should have:

  • Fluency in German (B2 and above), both written and spoken, to support payroll activities.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Georgetown.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications for payroll management.
