Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for employees in the German market.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage payroll-related activities.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audits by providing payroll data and required documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll German (6-months Contract) should have:

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Good knowledge of German payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
