The role focuses on invoice processing, vendor management, month-end activities, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and service standards.

Job Description

  • Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately and on time.
  • Review and validate payment requests before processing.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle travel and expense claims while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Support month-end closing activities, accruals, and reporting requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve accounts payable queries from stakeholders and vendors.
  • Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and financial compliance standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and service delivery targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Japanese Speaker - Payment and T&E should have:

  • Business Fluency in Japanese (min N2) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Min 1 year of experience in AP or any related accounting fields
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
