Job Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including invoicing, collections, credit, billings, and cash application.
  • Perform month-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing and payment issues.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OTC - Senior Specialist & Specialist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and related financial principles.
  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAP S4 HANA) and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
