We are seeking a Japanese-speaking professional to support end-to-end order management activities and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating orders, deliveries, and issue resolution across the Japanese market.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational corporation (MNC) operating within the industrial and manufacturing sector, with extensive operations across global markets.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, from order receipt through fulfilment.
  • Act as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking customers regarding orders and enquiries.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and other internal teams.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within ERP systems.
  • Ensure service level agreements and internal processes are consistently met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in order management, customer service, customer operations, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred) would be advantageous.
