Job Description

  • Oversee order entry, processing, and tracking to ensure smooth delivery execution
  • Maintain and validate data to support efficient transaction processing
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding order updates and issue resolution
  • Coordinate supply-related activities, including order fulfilment and delivery timelines
  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and related documentation
  • Address and resolve service-related queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
  • Generate reports and monitor trends to support operational improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Experience in order fulfilment, customer operations, or similar functions is advantageous (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English communication
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) is preferred
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage tasks independently while working within a team
